Like many other women menopause has taken its toll on me. From always being able to control my weight l unwillingly put on six kilos in two years. I couldn’t lose them and I couldn’t stop the weight gain. After a serious effort I gave up staying slim. Then a friend told me about the coffee and in 6,5 weeks l had lost all of the six kilos.
For nine months l hadn’t played tennis because of a bursitis which normally takes 12-18 months to recover from. After a couple of weeks of taking Emulin l was back on the tennis court with no means whatsoever. Also l hadn’t been able to get up from squatting for years and now l am up and down like a yo-yo. I was using the Optimum coffee on and off for about 5 months, I hadn't noticed a massive change in myself until looking back through pictures! I've always struggled with my weight due to my love of calories 🙈 This is the only thing that has worked for me and that I've been able to stick with.
